These Terms set out the basic conditions necessary to use the website and app provided by StrikeLab. Where there is separate guidance on a service-specific screen or on Google Play, that guidance also applies.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)
- These Terms take effect when posted on a Service screen or the website and when the user uses the Service.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent it does not violate applicable law.
- When these Terms are amended, the Company will announce the effective date, the content of the change, and the reason on the website or within the Service before the change takes effect. Changes that are disadvantageous to users or material will be announced by the method and within the period set by applicable law.
- A user who does not agree to the amended Terms may stop using the Service and uninstall the app.
Article 4 (Content and Provision of the Service)
- The Company provides alarm scheduling and ringing, clap/sound/sensor missions, wake history, app settings, paid features, and product information.
- Free users may see a banner ad at the bottom of the settings and wake-history screens. Ads are not shown to subscribers or on the alarm/mission screens.
- The information the Google Mobile Ads SDK processes when serving ads, and the on-device processing standards for microphone and sensor data, follow the Privacy Policy.
- The specific features, compatible devices, prices, and conditions of provision of the Service are shown on a Service screen or on Google Play.
- The Company may add or change features as needed for service improvement, operation, or technical reasons, and will give advance notice where this materially affects users.
Article 5 (Suspension of the Service)
- The Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service in the event of facility maintenance, failure, communication outage, natural disaster, an order from a relevant authority, or other cause that is reasonably difficult to control.
- A planned suspension will be announced in advance to the extent possible, and an urgent or unforeseeable suspension may be announced afterward.
- The Company may discontinue the Service for unavoidable business or operational reasons, and will carry out the necessary procedures in accordance with applicable law and the purchase terms.
Article 6 (Obligations of the User)
The user must not do any of the following:
- Violating a law, these Terms, or Service guidance
- Infringing another person's rights or interfering with the operation of the Service

- The user is responsible for not relying on the Service as the sole means for important schedules and for preparing appropriate backup measures, such as an auxiliary alarm.
